I. Product Introduction

The FIBC lifting and dropping testing machine is mainly used to test flexible intermediate bulk containers (with volumes between 0.5-2.3 m3 and load capacities between 500-3000 kg). Its main functions include performing 30 or 70 cycles of periodic lifting tests, pressure-holding tests with set load force values, and dropping tests for FIBCs.

II. Features

1. This machine uses a high-precision load sensor to measure test force values, a hydraulic servo system to transmit power, and a computer to automatically control, collect, process, and store test data, with a printer to output test results. It automatically controls, collects, processes, analyzes, and statistically evaluates data, automatically determines pass/fail status, and outputs test curves and reports.

2. Suitable for square and round FIBCs with volumes between 0.5-2.3 m3 and load capacities of 500-3000 kg.

3. High-precision servo valve and force sensor enable test force holding at any point, time holding, loading, and pressure-holding control.

IV. About the Tests

Full bag test method: Complies with GB/T10454-2000 "Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers"

1. Periodic Lifting Test:

Fill the FIBC evenly with contents to full load, attach a load equivalent to twice the maximum payload. Perform seventy lifts for limited-use bags and thirty lifts for disposable bags. The FIBC passes if no abnormalities occur in the contents or bag body, and no damage is found at the connections.

2. Pressurization Test:

Place the fully loaded FIBC on the pressurization machine. Apply pressure equivalent to four times the full load weight of the FIBC, or use a static load method equivalent to the self-weight of four layers of fully loaded bags. Maintain pressure for eight hours or more. The FIBC passes if no contents spill and the bag body remains undamaged.

3. Vertical Drop Test:

Lift the fully loaded FIBC with lifting equipment so that the bottom is at least 0.8 m above the ground, then drop it vertically once onto a hard, flat surface. The FIBC passes if no contents spill and the bag body remains undamaged.

4. FIBC Safety Factor Test: Top Lifting Test (load bearing/rated load, 6x load, constant load pressure holding time ≥5 min).
